Pros from Real Users Pros Love having our legal case management software and projects all integrated with Filevine's new, upgraded, cutting-edge AI products (Lois Console, Lois for Word, Outlook) Ease of use; natural language comprehension and output; taking 30-60 minute tasks and turning them into 5-10 minute tasks I like that it's very easy to use and FV is constantly coming out with new features and upgrades to fix any bugs, etc.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Leap has decent tools for case management but it is terrible if you want your system to do anything else. Cons Really poor integration options. We use a piece of online booking software and some marketing automation software for chasing up new lead. Normally we would use Zapier to integrate these tools with a CRM but there is no way for us to integrate these tools with leap. Most other legal management software now has a Zapier or Integromat integration but leap don't. They have their own ecosystem of apps which are all a bit outdated and don't have the functionality we need. I've tried several times to get access to the API to see if a developer could build our own integration but customer service refuse to give him an account.
