Pros from Real Users Pros I like its cloud storage capability that allows you to manage large volumes of data securely and efficiently. The platform offers advanced access controls, allowing you to define specific permissions for each user. It also facilitates collaboration with secure and easy-to-use file sharing features. Transferring files has been automated by Files.com, which has been an incredible solution. Files.com has incredible and secure features that keeps everything organized. It's a secure and easy-to-set-up storage for small and mid-size Businesses. The automation feature like the creation of folders and copying of files works great. Allows file sharing with temporarily accessible links. Integrated with Backblaze and Azure Blob storage. Files don't get corrupted. Files.com provides a significant number of integrations that allow for pretty complex workflows. Yet, in doing that, it does not lose sight of the need for simple file transfers, and provides a rock-solid platform. 1. Easy files transfer setup. 2. Status update on multiple channels, easy integrations. 3. Efficient pricing. The UI is nice so that non-technical users can use it, compared with S3. There are also other useful features, such as file expiration and encryption. The support is also very helpful. The system is easy to manage and us, I have managed a lot of systems over the past 30+ years in IT and I have found that it is one of the best that I have ever had the pleasure to support for all my end users. The service has been very reliable for quite some time now, and we love the ease of use of the web UI to administer the site. There are plenty of options, some of which are very advanced and even with that, it doesn't feel overwhelming for the less tech savvy users. Documentation is also good, which helps to understand all the features that Files.com offers. Good support, intuitive web interface, quick storage, secure cloud storage. Very customizable and can be used in all types of scenarios for file transfers. - The software is very easy to learn and use. - It supports brick FTP and multiple ports. - The files get stored securely		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Reliable program great features at a great price. I have been using it for almost three years. I have remotely all my data and my work on the laptop. WebDrive enables Windows Explorer level access to my scattered cloud storage providers. This is a huge benefit because the files are not stored/synced/duplicated locally like the OneDrive software does. They are genuinely kept in the cloud. It's like adding terabytes of storage to your PC. Quick integration and ease of installation makes it a quick roll out to multiple team members. Great product. WebDrive provides us with a reliable and fast remote connection to our office server. Easy installation and setup, and user-friendly interface. Ease of connecting various cloud sources to a specific drive letter so I can use Explorer or Directory OPUS in an easier manner. Cons No cons. Reliable program great features at a great price. I have been using it for almost three years. I have remotely all my data and my work on the laptop. I've been a WebDrive customer for years. Several times now after my support expires and my version is no longer current, the OneDrive functionality is lost. I have to re-purchase WebDrive and update the software to the latest version to fix the issue. One user reported some synchronization issues, but this was isolated and appears to be due to slow internet speeds at one of our user's home office. Nothing has presented as an issue for us during the time we have been using Webdrive. Some of the options are a little mysterious as how they affect performance etc.
