Transferring files has been automated by Files.com, which has been an incredible solution. Files.com has incredible and secure features that keeps everything organized. It's a secure and easy-to-set-up storage for small and mid-size Businesses. The automation feature like the creation of folders and copying of files works great. Allows file sharing with temporarily accessible links. Integrated with Backblaze and Azure Blob storage. Files don't get corrupted. Files.com provides a significant number of integrations that allow for pretty complex workflows. Yet, in doing that, it does not lose sight of the need for simple file transfers, and provides a rock-solid platform. 1. Easy files transfer setup. 2. Status update on multiple channels, easy integrations. 3. Efficient pricing. The UI is nice so that non-technical users can use it, compared with S3. There are also other useful features, such as file expiration and encryption. The support is also very helpful. The system is easy to manage and us, I have managed a lot of systems over the past 30+ years in IT and I have found that it is one of the best that I have ever had the pleasure to support for all my end users. The service has been very reliable for quite some time now, and we love the ease of use of the web UI to administer the site. There are plenty of options, some of which are very advanced and even with that, it doesn't feel overwhelming for the less tech savvy users. Documentation is also good, which helps to understand all the features that Files.com offers. Good support, intuitive web interface, quick storage, secure cloud storage. Setup was and has been simple and seamless. The auto execution and scheduling has been great. Creating the backup schedule is very simple and well-guided. Subsequently, backups can be performed with the push of a button or fully automatically. - easy synchronization between desktop and notebook - perfect for individual backup - very easy to use Synchredible works very well and very quickly. It NEVER crashes. Program updates are simple to download when published. When Synchredible runs in the background, it appears to use a nominal amount of memory, not slowing down my laptop. The program is Very Fairly priced as well. Synchredible offers a very clear and intuitive interface, making file synchronization straightforward even for non‑technical users. The scheduling options are flexible, the detection of modified files works reliably, and complex folder structures can be mirrored without issues. Performance is stable and fast. The tool works quickly, and the displays in the "Process" columns and the automation options are very clear and informative. The ability to edit jobs afterward is also excellent. The creation of shadow copies is another noteworthy feature. The step-by-step creation process and the ability to copy individual jobs make creating new tasks quite easy. Ease of use and strong customization, allowing different uses in different contexts. The speed of executing different backups and reliability are other extremely positive aspects. It has saved me several times! The program has a simple, intuitive interface and is easy to use. The copying process works flawlessly, whether you're copying to a local drive, a USB drive, an external hard drive, or the cloud. I've never had any issues with it, and I use it for my regular backups. The biggest advantage is that when I create or edit documents or spreadsheets, they’re saved very quickly. And if the document or spreadsheet already exists, only the new version is saved—not the same one all over again. That way, your files stay organized, you don’t end up with the same file a hundred times, and you don’t have to search for which one is the most recent. Very fast and reliable backup.
