Pros from Real Users Pros I like its cloud storage capability that allows you to manage large volumes of data securely and efficiently. The platform offers advanced access controls, allowing you to define specific permissions for each user. It also facilitates collaboration with secure and easy-to-use file sharing features. Transferring files has been automated by Files.com, which has been an incredible solution. Files.com has incredible and secure features that keeps everything organized. It's a secure and easy-to-set-up storage for small and mid-size Businesses. The automation feature like the creation of folders and copying of files works great. Allows file sharing with temporarily accessible links. Integrated with Backblaze and Azure Blob storage. Files don't get corrupted. Files.com provides a significant number of integrations that allow for pretty complex workflows. Yet, in doing that, it does not lose sight of the need for simple file transfers, and provides a rock-solid platform. 1. Easy files transfer setup. 2. Status update on multiple channels, easy integrations. 3. Efficient pricing. The UI is nice so that non-technical users can use it, compared with S3. There are also other useful features, such as file expiration and encryption. The support is also very helpful. The system is easy to manage and us, I have managed a lot of systems over the past 30+ years in IT and I have found that it is one of the best that I have ever had the pleasure to support for all my end users. The service has been very reliable for quite some time now, and we love the ease of use of the web UI to administer the site. There are plenty of options, some of which are very advanced and even with that, it doesn't feel overwhelming for the less tech savvy users. Documentation is also good, which helps to understand all the features that Files.com offers. Good support, intuitive web interface, quick storage, secure cloud storage. Very customizable and can be used in all types of scenarios for file transfers. - The software is very easy to learn and use. - It supports brick FTP and multiple ports. - The files get stored securely		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The integration with Gmail made using PreVeil super easy to use, while also clearly maintaining the level of security I was looking for with it's end-to-end encryption capabilities. It is effortless and well-integrated so it fits easily into your day-to-day activities. It's cheap. It was the lowest cost solution for CUI and ITAR compliant cloud storage. Nothing else good about it. When it works it just works. When it doesn't you have to wait for support to get back to you usually within 48 hrs. It automatically deals with spam emails. Auto encryption of inbox and outbox emails. Auto-detects phishing and virus emails. Scheduled email scan. Cons Not many cons come to mind, the solution has met my expectations. For CMMC compliance I wish they would consider creating a 100% compliance product. Constantly corrupting files - we have all kinds of files with a size of 0KB. Terrible synchronization. Corrupts email by randomly changing certain characters. PreVeil leadership team talks a good game about correcting issues, but the same issues keep coming up after they're "fixed", and new ones crop up too. Collaboration is terrible. Unstable. Had a user I address over 2 years ago disappear form my user's roster in the Admin Console. No explanation, her account just disappears and her Preveil Email Client ceases to function. Unstable I never encountered any problem with this platform.
