Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros FileWall is easy to implement for administrators and in same time it is easy to use for end users. Great file protection, I have done a lot of testing and all malicious attachments were blocked. Low price, which makes FileWall available even for small businesses. Ease of deployment / administration as well as efficiency in mail protection. Easy to configure, easy management and nice visibility to users. Checks attachments based on policies which is per user and easily configured. For anyone looking for a product that works from the start then this is it. Using the Microsoft App Store to purchase the product and then activation/configuration was just as simple. FileWall is a very powerful email attachment solution. It is easy to use and the admin interface is very user friendly. It has capabilities that other more expensive solutions do not. The time for propagating new rules is really fast. Cons Did not find any disadvantages, solution perfectly meets our needs. I have no issues with this product. No Cons at the moment. So far as checked and used, there is no Cons for this product. Have nothing bad to say! Do not have any Cons to report at this time. For now I do not have anything to say about the cons of the product.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Single platform where I can manage the different tenants, making general blocking easier by tenant and by email on a day-to-day basis Detect most spams. The Block domain is an excellent feature. Great sales and support team. Both Clare and Marie are very responsive and provide excellent customer service. They know the product very well and answer our questions quickly. Very easy to use this product. A reliable product with standby server. TitanHQ have great support and fix most issues within the hour. Easy to setup and configure. Easy web interface to manage user or global settings. Priced well, cheaper than most competitors. End user friendly. Cons Difficulty understanding the platform at first, difficulty migrating from the previous platform to the new one 1) Cannot select multiple email to be deleted 2) Very hard to use the geofence (by country) 3) Missing search engine 4) Missing filter by languages Reporting options are limited. I would prefer options to have report sorted differently and be able to have the full report come out on a different schedule than the delta report. For example, report all potential spam weekly, but just report occurrences since last report daily. Would like to be able to block enveloped addresses. Interface could do with a facelift. I wish the filter would be finer tuned, we have had to make a fair bit of changes to get it to catch some spam that was getting through. Also, some type of spam just gets through no matter what you do.
