About

FastPass enhances user protection against identity theft. The combination of FastPass SSPR and FastPass IVM, integrated into FastPass Suite, boosts productivity for end-users and help desk support, simultaneously safeguarding against social engineering attacks on the service desk. Preventing password theft from the help desk necessitates a secure IT workflow. FastPass IVM, available as a cloud or on-premises offering and certified by ServiceNow and others, enables dynamic and contextual verification. Tailored to individual user groups based on security policies, this solution incorporates information about the user's device usage and multi-factor authentication (MFAs), creating a robust defense against hackers. FastPass SSPR provides an advanced self-service solution for password resets and unlocks. It seamlessly supports passwords from AD, Entra, SAP, IBM, Oracle, LDAP, and other systems. All types of MFA and manager approval for verification.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • We have found that the solution is indeed a matured solution, we have implemented 3 before, now it finally works. It is not easy to get an SSPR solution working as it requires the service desk, the application owners and the users them selves to all work on it
  • Nearly all users are enrolled. Very flexible configuration options. Advanced authentication. Very robust operation. Many languages.
  • The Identity Verification Manager in the product is awesome. It integrates to our Service Desk tool, lets us have different proofing factors for different user groups in both the SSPR part and the Help Desk part.

Cons

  • Well the fact that it does require the organization to work with it does it larger to implement, however our older attempts failed so I guess it proves that these guys are actually right. Unable to handle account in AS400 that did not have an AD account.
  • Time to individually adapt design to our needs have taken longer time than we expect.
  • You need to enforce the SSPR solution to make sure users get it. But if you do it really works great. Follow their advice.

Pros from Real Users

Pros

  • - Ease of use - its integration with chrome and its Windows application - its secure sharing system
  • From a user point of view has everything you need. Easy to use, syncable etc. A user shouldn't need more from a password manager.
  • Proton Pass is a solid and reliable password manager. It’s fast, secure, and the interface is clean and easy to use. I really like the peace of mind that comes with Proton’s focus on privacy and security.
  • We've been using Proton Pass for Business across our organization, and it's been a game-changer for how we manage credentials and sensitive data. From day one, the onboarding process was smooth, and the intuitive interface made it easy for our team to adopt with minimal training. What really sets Proton Pass apart is its commitment to privacy and security—built on the same foundation of trust that Proton is known for. End-to-end encryption ensures that only our team has access to our data, and the zero-access architecture gives us peace of mind that even Proton can’t see our stored information. The team management features are excellent: we can easily control access levels, manage permissions, and monitor usage across the organization. This level of administrative control is essential for compliance and internal security audits. Integration with other Proton services, like Proton Mail and Proton Drive, creates a powerful ecosystem for secure collaboration. Plus, the autofill capabilities, password generator, and secure sharing features make day-to-day work more efficient. If you're looking for a reliable, privacy-first password manager for your business, Proton Pass is an outstanding choice. It combines usability, top-tier encryption, and the ethical commitment to privacy that modern businesses need.
