Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros this product presents well and offers enhanced features such as automatic machine price matching and various payment/value add options. There is not much to say positive about the system. Maybe that the CC readers look nice? The cloud software is pretty good, lots of reports. Cons Technical support is deplorable and incompetent. A satellite up-link failure will bring your business to it's knees. It is extremely difficult to get approval for a warranty replacement. When authorization is finally given, the component will ship UPS ground and take a week to arrive. Next Day Air or priority shipping is charged to the customer... even in emergency warranty circumstances. - Satellite hardware for CC processing keeps going down, need to send a person to reset it every time - this happens at least to 2-3 sites once per month - the company pretends that it’s doing something about it and they don’t
