Pros from Real Users Pros The Global Vision Technologies team was great with setting up meetings to customize the platform. Overwhelming at first; however, the GVT support team in place has been instrumental in anticipating our needs. Management responded quickly to any concerns and aided in prompt solutions. The program does so much more than we originally thought. FAMCare is really very user friendly and the new additions for this year are AWESOME! As a supervisor the new dashboard makes my daily reviewing of my team so much easier and I actually enjoy logging into FAMCare now. The new reports that can be run and the calendar feather is great. The team is also enjoying the ease of the system this year as well. The FAMCare support is also amazing. Any questions that we have, they answer in a very timely manner and the Help desk is always on it and gets any questions answered for our team and if an issue arises, they fix it almost always on the same day, and usually within the same hour as it being reported. This is huge for our daily job function.
