This eliminates the need for juggling multiple platforms, streamlines workflows, and fosters a data-driven approach to fundraising, ultimately leading to a more impactful and efficient organization. Plus, you'll have peace of mind knowing Site Stacker is backed by a friendly and responsive support team, ready to assist you every step of the way. The onboarding process was great. The sale team is very knowledgable and helpful. They also offered a child sponsorship feature that others didn't at the time. Cons While Site Stacker excels in its comprehensive suite of integrated tools, it's important to consider a few factors. The current API integration options might not cater to every non-profit's specific needs. Additionally, customizing the platform with new features can involve development costs. Any questions after onboarding are usually answered with a prompt to upgrade our package. Site Stacker itself on the back end is like stepping back into the 90's or early 2000's. Not user-friendly at all. I am in marketing and only have experience maintaining websites and this has been the greatest challenge to do anything on site stacker. The developer on our team, also has to invent work arounds because nothing is typical, nothing makes inherent sense to the user.
