This point was not so critical, but it gave a couple of headaches to understand what was the cause of the problem. - The monthly payments are not very comfortable like the competition, I feel that Eventzilla charges much more for the little event load that it can support, it seems that everything was designed for a simple job in which many features are not needed to detail an event. I am not saying that the features it offers are bad, if not, that I can compare myself in the market looking for something more intuitive and I have seen that the prices of this platform are a bit inflated. It wouldn't hurt to add more features with the same price, it would be very competitive. - Although it is convenient to have a simplified version of Eventzilla inside my smartphone, it is also a bit limiting when wanting to use features that are available in the web version. This could be fixed by being able to have two interfaces, one to quickly view events as it currently is and another that is more complete so that I don't have to manage events only in the web version but also that can be done from my smartphone. I understand the practicality, but with the mobile devices that exist today, it would not mean a limit to their ability to run all the tools of this platform smoothly. It would be excellent if the reminders and notifications are created automatically and sent to the participants who have already been registered with their tickets, in this way they can receive a notification to their email and we would save a lot of time doing this work manually. Nichole worked closely with us to tailor the software platform to do what we needed. She also assisted onsite during the meeting. We have been using YesEvents for both in-person and online conference for at least 6 years. We keep coming back to them because they are so easy to work with, so accommodating to the needs of our conferences, and are reasonably priced. They are always updating and improving their technology and services. We couldn't ask for a better event manager. We're staying with them! YesEvents is dedicated to their customers. They work tirelessly to make sure registration has no stone unturned, and that registration is ready to go on event day. They catch duplicates, misspellings, odd requests, etc. A big bonus is that they are able to respond to customers' questions via email or dedicated phone line. This is something that saves our small office so much time. I don't know of another service that can handle this level of customer service! Could not work with a better company. They were professional, on time and made the event go as smooth as possible. Once the program is customized it seems to work pretty well. There is a bit of a learning curve though. Cons We had a bit of a learning curve with the software they used, but it did most of the things we needed. Creating a program book from the online platform was a bit of a hassle. Off the head, I honestly can't think of a con. When we discover a glitch, they immediately have a fix. What more could you ask? I really can't think of a con for YesEvents. They make my job so much easier! I have no cons, the team was excellent and could not have been any better to work with. Some of the steps seem to way to long to get to a final result.
