	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We like the ease of use, the design of their new release, their great support, and the ability to set up seating plans for reserved seating. Ticket buyers and class registrants love the system. Easy to use. Support is great and cost is low. Integration with Mailchimp and Constant Contact. We have found that TicketPeak is very responsive to our unique needs and Sabrina Stewart is always available for further guidance. When we first began using this service I was on the phone with Sabrina on a Sunday afternoon. We were considering 4 separate companies for our Little Theatre. TicketPeak rose to the top because of their willingness to assist our people, speed of implementation, and cost. We chose well. Cons When we first started with them many years ago, they didn't integrate with Mailchimp, but now they do. No cons really. Early on , seating plans were difficult to use, but their new version addressed that. We have a unique bookkeeping system (antiquated) that requires TicketPeak to rework some of their reports. They have jumped right in to format these reports to fit our needs.
