Pros from Real Users Pros EventsAir is a strong all-in-one event management platform, offering customizable registration, integrated apps for virtual and in-person events, real-time reporting, automation of communications, and efficient onsite solutions like badge printing and check-in. It’s scalable for small to large events, supports sponsors and exhibitors well, and provides reliable security and compliance with helpful customer support. I really like the communications area and also the ability to send bulk invitations. Also, I like the CRM system as well and make updates to the attendees' files. I love having all online aspects of the event is in one place, from the registration data to the mobile app. All work is done in the same platform, registrations, attendee app, website, Exhibition, Presenters, other portals. Everything is connected. Best support ever!! I love the user experience. Extremely user friendly and the available training is very thorough. I'm still learning how to advance my experience but after using this platform for two years, I've learned a lot from my colleagues and from exploring myself. User Friendly Has modules to cover most scenarios Real time assistance Great onsite APP for both delegates and organisers Well thought out design, attention to detail, covers most functions related to event registrations, easy to use. So flexible - we can always find a way to configure our set-up to accommodate our complex ticket options for our event portfolio. There are several reasons I like working with EventsAir: - The modular setup, so one can combine the scientific content (programme) and commercial content (exhibition, sponsoring) in the same setup, but do not need to do so. - The freedom to create events with different requirements, each event can be customised to the requirements of the (end) customer. - The AirBot responses for simple 'How to' questions. If the question is clear enough, the response is quick and complete. It's easy to use, user friendly and amazing! It's the ease of having clients register for an event we host.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - vFairs creates a virtual environment seamlessly. - The event becomes engaging and fun to interact. - The platform is user-friendly and can be set up and use easily. It was an absolute joy to work with Vish, Arora and team for our second SOFE conference! They work seamlessly as a team to provide top notch service and are always willing to take on more. vFairs is a complete one stop virtual shop! Not only does the Sales Team, Development Team, the Trainers go the extra mile, but the Project Managers will take your event(s) and turn them into more than you could ever imagine. The customer service Vfairs provides is like no other platform I've produced events for. They make everything easy for you, though "live" or pre-recorded tutorials, and regularly scheduled update meetings to make sure your project is moving consistently with your timeline. Working with the VFairs team was wonderful. Very communicative, quick and professional. Their team is outstanding to work with. Cons - The backend is somewhat challenging to operate in vFairs. Aside from this, the platform is amazing to use. None - we had nothing major affect the outcome of our conference. Everything that needed updating or correcting was done expeditiously. My personal preference is to pick-up the phone to reach tech support for assistance, but all I have to do is send an email and I receive a response IMMEDIATELY. Attendees often complain about having to sign in with their email address every time they enter a session. We had no cons, even the difference in time zones. Their team was still very responsive during appropriate working hours.
