Pros from Real Users Pros EventsAir is a strong all-in-one event management platform, offering customizable registration, integrated apps for virtual and in-person events, real-time reporting, automation of communications, and efficient onsite solutions like badge printing and check-in. It’s scalable for small to large events, supports sponsors and exhibitors well, and provides reliable security and compliance with helpful customer support. I really like the communications area and also the ability to send bulk invitations. Also, I like the CRM system as well and make updates to the attendees' files. I love having all online aspects of the event is in one place, from the registration data to the mobile app. All work is done in the same platform, registrations, attendee app, website, Exhibition, Presenters, other portals. Everything is connected. Best support ever!! I love the user experience. Extremely user friendly and the available training is very thorough. I'm still learning how to advance my experience but after using this platform for two years, I've learned a lot from my colleagues and from exploring myself. User Friendly Has modules to cover most scenarios Real time assistance Great onsite APP for both delegates and organisers Well thought out design, attention to detail, covers most functions related to event registrations, easy to use. So flexible - we can always find a way to configure our set-up to accommodate our complex ticket options for our event portfolio. There are several reasons I like working with EventsAir: - The modular setup, so one can combine the scientific content (programme) and commercial content (exhibition, sponsoring) in the same setup, but do not need to do so. - The freedom to create events with different requirements, each event can be customised to the requirements of the (end) customer. - The AirBot responses for simple 'How to' questions. If the question is clear enough, the response is quick and complete. It's easy to use, user friendly and amazing! It's the ease of having clients register for an event we host.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 24/7 Customer Support. You can have as much free event as you want without charged. Friendly Platform. Integrate very well with our website. Excellent Customer Service Easy to set up ticket sales and manage guests. A complete suite to organize events that with seamless integration of various features. Yapsody combines the best of two worlds very well: Price and Functionality. Not only can sell tickets the way that I want them, the pricing is the best on the market. What other companies sell as add-ons or enterprise-only features are standard with Yapsody. This tells me that Yapsody puts their customers first. Many of the features we were looking for, like customized tickets and reserved seating, came at highly marked-up costs. We also couldn't get any recognition as a nonprofit. Selling tickets was easy and checking them in at the event was quick and simple. We have received many comments from our guests that they really enjoyed our events and that the whole process was very professional. This was due in large part to Yapsody. On several occasions, we approached Yapsody's customer support for help in how to accomplish a particular vision using Yapsody. Every time we spoke with someone, we were provided with quick and valuable responses. While we weren't able to do everything we wanted, when something was available, we were given very clear guidance on how to do it. Cons I have none concerns with the website for the moment There's no way to bundle max capacity of ticket tiers. We were limited on being able to have "add-ons" to tickets. We wanted to allow our event-goers to add a donation to their ticket purchase, but this was not directly available. We had to create a workaround with a non-reserved seat that could be added to the shopping cart.
