Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The ability to print badges using the checkin App. The option to have a linked event website. At our events, we use the CheckIn App to print badges in real time. This approach means we no longer need to pre-print badges, which aligns with our commitment to being eco-friendly. In the past, printing badges ahead of time led to bottlenecks during event registration. Now, the app also provides us with a dedicated website for each event, saving us the effort of creating a separate subdomain on our own site. Eventleaf enabled my to create fully customized registration forms, with a mix of mandatory and optional text fields, radio buttons and check boxes. The registration process worked seamlessly, with confirmation emails and the ability to update and cancel registrations if required. The check-in app worked perfectly while scanning QR codes enabling us to track attendance at multiple sessions within our event. I liked how the reports were easy to download and share with my team. When promoting Eventleaf as a viable substitute for our previous system this feature helped to persuade the board to approve the transition. Easy to use Good range of features Responsive customer service I use to track RSVPs by sending out emails and then putting it into a spreadsheet, Eventleaf has saved me so many hours of responding to emails and data entry. Also the reminder process again has saved me so many hours of chasing people up! I also loved the survey option, we have needed a way to get back feedback about our events and this feature was great! I have also had positive feedback from our invitees, saying how easy and efficient it was to use. Also, the features of being able to have different categories of invitees and sub categories within that allows me to collect all the necessary information. The event page itself looks very professional. Cons Just the lack of options for printers if using mobile app from phone. Lack of moderated Q & A presentation options. Q & A is great but projected to screen doesn't allow us to show only questions we want to in the way we want to. Lack of check-in app at the starter and basic package levels Customer support resources (FAQs, articles) were helpful, though I’d appreciate more design flexibility when customizing event branding. During our conference we offer different levels for sponsorship and more features would help to attract more vendors. Missing some very minor elements (eg Mr/Ms/Dr etc field for speakers) and speaker ordering system is clunky), but that's a very small point! When I signed up I was interested in all the features, especially the QR Code sign in. We need all our attendees to sign in and this can be a tedious process when they write their name and sign a piece of paper, and unfortunately this wasn't part of the basic plan. I needed proof this platform was efficient before asking my Board to pay for a subscription.		Pros from Real Users Pros EventsAir is a strong all-in-one event management platform, offering customizable registration, integrated apps for virtual and in-person events, real-time reporting, automation of communications, and efficient onsite solutions like badge printing and check-in. It’s scalable for small to large events, supports sponsors and exhibitors well, and provides reliable security and compliance with helpful customer support. I really like the communications area and also the ability to send bulk invitations. Also, I like the CRM system as well and make updates to the attendees' files. I love having all online aspects of the event is in one place, from the registration data to the mobile app. All work is done in the same platform, registrations, attendee app, website, Exhibition, Presenters, other portals. Everything is connected. Best support ever!! I love the user experience. Extremely user friendly and the available training is very thorough. I'm still learning how to advance my experience but after using this platform for two years, I've learned a lot from my colleagues and from exploring myself. User Friendly Has modules to cover most scenarios Real time assistance Great onsite APP for both delegates and organisers Well thought out design, attention to detail, covers most functions related to event registrations, easy to use. So flexible - we can always find a way to configure our set-up to accommodate our complex ticket options for our event portfolio. There are several reasons I like working with EventsAir: - The modular setup, so one can combine the scientific content (programme) and commercial content (exhibition, sponsoring) in the same setup, but do not need to do so. - The freedom to create events with different requirements, each event can be customised to the requirements of the (end) customer. - The AirBot responses for simple 'How to' questions. If the question is clear enough, the response is quick and complete. It's easy to use, user friendly and amazing! It's the ease of having clients register for an event we host.
