	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Zoho Backstage is an important platform mainly because it helps us create and develop all kinds of events, with the help of this platform we can not only schedule events for specific dates, but we can also schedule meetings with our work team for dates of any month, The main feature that I like about this platform is that it fully integrates with all the contacts that we have registered within the Zoho system. This is quite satisfactory since it helps all our employees to view all the schedules within this platform without having to to configure or add new contacts or employees within it, thanks to this connectivity that it has with the main Zoho system, all employees will be able to receive updates of all the planning that we carry out. Photo of the thing I like about this platform is that it allows me to send notifications and reminders to all employees when planning a new event or a business meeting, in addition, it also allows me to send reminders and notifications to customers who have registered in our events, in this way we make sure that the participation of each of the employees or clients is not affected within the events or meetings, I really love that system of notifications and Reminders. I also love that this platform allows me to manage the total number of participants for each event or meeting, it allows me to set a limit for the number of participants for each event, that helps a lot when it comes to having a ticket sales limit for each event, I also liked that platform that allows you to create a payment page for the purchase of event tickets, this payment page is very satisfactory since it allows us to process the payment of each of the clients much faster In addition, there is no type of money withholding when receiving these payments. Zoho Backstage is one of the Zoho platforms that we currently use in this company, in order to expand our productivity with this Zoho system. I was really fascinated with the general functionary of this platform, since it allows me to extensively manage each of the events and meetings that the metro company will have to carry out, since this real estate company is very important that we hold events and meetings on a weekly basis, to expand our services and inform our customers about what we offer. Next, I will mention the positive things that this platform has. 1.- One of the main positive things that I loved about this platform is that it has immediate connectivity with all social networks. Currently, I have more than five social networks associated with this platform, because this way I can share each of the scheduled events and scheduled meetings through our social networks, sharing this directly with our social networks helps our clients to be attentive to the creation of new events in which they can participate immediately, this connectivity is impressive, since we can report on all our social networks simultaneously, without having to do it manually and individually. 2.- Another of the things that I like about this platform is that it allows me to organize the number of sponsors that there will be within each event, usually in event meters there are more than two sponsors, all those sponsor brands and the amount of sponsorship can be registered within this platform for each event individually, since this platform offers me a session where I can manage the number of existing sponsorships in a specific event. I love this functionality, since I can have an administration and a record of the number of sponsors of our company. 3.- Another of the things that I liked within this platform is that I can create a ticket reservation page in a simple way, I can associate this page to the main page of this company, so that each one of the visitors in this web page can buy a ticket in a simple way. It is impressive how I can create a reservation page thanks to this platform, that reservation page helps to facilitate the purchase process of each one of the tickets, each client will be able to buy the number of tickets stay online, to attend each one of our separate events. I really loved the general design that I was able to give to the reservation page, it is a very good design and that helps customers easily buy each ticket here. 4.- Another of the things that I liked within this platform is that I can create personalized banners for each of the events, creating banners within this platform helps to be able to attach each banner to the event and be able to share it on social networks so that it appears that banner in the presentation of the invitation. In addition, creating banners within this platform greatly facilitates the process of creating an image for each event, each event that takes place within this platform, I can design a banner within it in a period of five minutes, and by putting together the corresponding element easily. 5.- The fifth thing that I loved about this platform is that it also allows me to create meetings, scheduling meetings is quite easy within this platform, it allows me to add the number of employees that attend that meeting, it allows me to configure automated reminders that will be sent via email to each of the participants, in addition, I can have an immediate alert for when each of the meetings starts. The meeting system within this platform has really impressed me, it has strengthened the meetings of my entire real estate company and has made the employees more responsible in attending the meeting. Zoho Backstage is an excellent way or software to consider when you are looking for a platform that will help you optimize the administration of each of your events, this was the way that will allow you to manage your events on a large scale, Managing each one of the tickets that you need sell, as well as allowing you to manage the large number of participants that your event will have. The main feature that I like about this platform is that it has a function that allows you to create a ticket reservation page, this created page can be linked to your company website, you can create a ticket sales page with a built-in payment system, which will allow you to sell tickets automatically and receive the corresponding money. The second feature that I like about this platform is that it has a wide variety when it comes to using templates for the ticket sales page, you don't have to design a page from scratch, this platform provides you with a wide variety of dishes that you can use to create the ticket sales page, and make it very optimal with respect to its design. I love this feature because I can enter up to more than 10 organizers for each of the events that I am developing, in this way each of them will help me manage it correctly and distribute all the information among the participants within the event. - Another thing that I like is that this platform offers me the ability to create unlimited events, it does not matter if I have to organize more than 50 events during a month, this platform will not place any type of limit on me, because Its main feature is that it has unlimited events. - You can enter up to more than 5000 participants for each event, it is an important feature because on other platforms that I have used you can only enter up to approximately 1000 participants, on this platform we have a fairly high limit which helps all our clients can attend all our events without any problem. - Sending the corresponding invitations to each participant is another positive thing, because this platform helps us create a site where we can insert a payment processor so that customers can buy their ticket to attend the event, after make this payment, the ticket to enter the event is sent automatically to the email provided. This function is very important because we do not have to send the invitations manually, this entire process is carried out by the same platform. - There is no type of commission regarding the purchase of tickets within the website that you have previously studied, after creating the website and you have inserted the payment processor, all customers will be able to make the purchase through this means, without any additional fees on your cards. In our company, it is quite essential to have a good schedule of events, since we constantly meet clients by meters and try to hold events to maximize the display of our services. One of the main things that I liked about Zoho Backstage Is that it allows me to maximize the reach of each of the events, when I make an event and schedule it for a specific day, within this platform you can make banners without having to have previous experience in design, within this platform I can design advertising and share it within my social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, it also allows me to share this event within my company website. This automation and registration of each of the participants has made it possible for me to obtain much more presence within the events. , previously we had to do this process manually, and it was quite difficult to register each of the participants, so I am very grateful that we opted for this great solution.
