Eventbrite is a great solution to correctly plan each of the events that you will run for your company, the main factor that I liked about this platform is the collaborative way in which it works, this platform allows you to monitor, manage and organize each of the events events together, you can assign various roles to your employees and colleagues in the company so that they can manage and modify the scheduled events, this function is very important to achieve constant collaboration between colleagues and make Events managed in a much more easier with the collaboration of several people at the same time. Another positive factor that this platform has is the notification system, because this notification system works as an alert, which sends us notifications every time one of the events is planned or has been postponed, in addition, it also sends notifications when add new members to events as participants or organizers. The third positive thing that I have noticed about this platform is that it works in real time, this function allows us all to visualize in real time each one of the changes that are in the events, we can quickly visualize the members or the participants that They have been recently added, we can see real time of each event, also, I really liked that this platform allows me to create personalized invitations to send to the participants for each event. Eventbrite has become our number one platform to be able to create an event from scratch and to be able to plan it correctly, the things that I liked the most about this platform were: 1- I liked the receipt of payments that has a form, since every time I receive a payment for the sale of tickets for each of the events that I have previously planned, all those payments land within this platform, since it counts with a wallet, in addition, that money is never restricted, and I can withdraw it to any payment method, I really love the fact of being able to receive money safely within this platform, all the tickets that I sell from each of my events, I can store the money received inside Eventbrite. 2- I also liked that this platform allowed me to create an event ticket reservation page, this page allowed our clients to know each of the events that would take place within our company, they could purchase a ticket within this payment page, and payments were processed immediately to any type of debit or credit card, or some of the payment platforms such as PayPal. I really liked this ticket booking page as you can totally customize it, you can customize the overall design and I was also able to use templates to make the design much more optimal. 3- I really liked the notification system that this platform has, since it allows me to send notifications and notices to each of the customers who have purchased a ticket to attend our events, this notification system allows us to send constant notices to customers to remind them to attend the event. In addition, this notification system also sends me alerts when all the tickets have been sold, this helps me a lot since I can know exactly when the tickets for a specific event have run out. 4- Another of the features that I liked that I was able to add collaborators to each of the events, this platform allows me to assign collaborators for each of the events, in this way I have been able to add several collaborators of my company so that they can manage jointly each of the planned events, and in this way save a lot of work time. Eventbrite is an infallible and very important platform for the proper functioning of the company, since this platform is well used to shape and specify each of the events that we carry out throughout our real estate company. I feel very comfortable using the platform to create all kinds of events, due to the great facility it provides me to receive payments from my clients, in addition, it provides me with a fairly complete panel to manage each of the participants, collaborators and sponsors of all my events. Next, I will mention the things that I liked the most: - The main feature that I liked about this platform is the payment gateway it uses, because this payment gateway provides several payment methods, which helps these payment methods to be used on the reservation or purchase page of tickets to attend my events. It currently supports up to more than five Payment Methods to buy one of the tickets for my events, in addition, I also love that this platform offers me a very fast payment gateway, which is capable of processing all types of transactions in seconds, in addition , it is able to provide me with a receipt of money instantly, there are no limits or withholding money when the client pays through the reservation page, this platform does not withhold money, in addition, it is important to mention that the platform charges a commission It is very low for receiving all the money from the sale of your tickets, which helps you to save money while you sell your tickets. - The second feature that I like about this platform is that it provides me with a large variety of templates to create a very modern checkout or ticketing page, currently there are more than 100 templates available to create a very modern checkout page, in addition , another of the things that I love about questioning that this payment page can be quickly implemented and synchronized with my website, which makes it much easier for our clients to attend to tickets, since our clients only have to access our site website and go to the corresponding section to buy one of the tickets for future events. I really love being able to customize that ticketing and payment page, as it helps our customers or visitors feel comfortable buying their first ticket. - Another of the features that I like about this platform is that it allows me to add collaborators in an unlimited way, in addition, I can modify each of the permissions that each collaborator may have, which helps us to have a fairly consolidated event administration, without using permissions in the notified, since this platform allows you to configure individual permissions for each collaborator. Having collaborators within each event helps me a lot within this platform, since collaborators can modify the number of participants, modify the net budget of the event, modify ticket sales and much more, this helps them to manage each one of the events while I dedicate myself to other tasks. - I also liked that this platform does not charge additional commissions to clients for each ticket sale, all sales commissions are collected within our user within the platform, clients do not have to pay any additional fees for using the services or the payment page that we have created on this platform, this is great since our clients feel more comfortable and secure buying that ticket since they do not charge additional commissions for it. - I also liked that this platform allows me to create periodic reminders for each of the participants, I can easily configure so that this platform sends automated reminders to the email address or mobile phone of each of the clients, that contact information we receive it every time a customer has purchased a ticket, since they must fill out a form to purchase the ticket correctly, and within that form contact information must be placed, the platform automatically records information within our control panel and we can send automated reminders without having to manually record contact information. Eventbrite is a platform that has shown a lot of presence within our company mainly because it has helped us complement each of the events in this company, one of the first features that I liked about this platform is that it allowed me to register each of the sponsors of my events, this function helped me a lot since it allowed me to manage it and configure each of the sponsors of each event and it also allowed me to configure how much money that sponsor has collaborated with for the development of the event. In addition, another of the features that What I liked about this platform is that it allowed me to add all kinds of collaborators for my events, at the same time for drafts it meant a lot of general work is the communication of events, since I was able to assign several of my work colleagues as collaborators, and this facilitates management of several events simultaneously. Another of the features that I got thrown away about this event platform is that it allowed me to create a page for booking events and selling tickets. The negative aspect that I managed to perceive about this platform is that there is no priority support or customer service for paid users, I have noticed that the platform in general only has a specialized support team to have all the requirements in general, paying a subscription within this platform will not ensure that you will have a priority support team for your requirements, this is quite negative since the support team of this platform takes a long time to answer the requirements, I would like this platform to have a team of Support that is specialized to meet the requirements of paying users and that we have priority. Some of the things I didn't like about this platform were: 1- I did not like the money refund process at all, since when a customer has requested some type of refund, the platform does not send me any type of notification, but I have to access the main panel of the platform to be able to view the refund that has been requested, in addition, the refund system also takes several days to process the refund that I have heard recently, it takes approximately two business days to return the money to the customer. 2- The execution status of each of the events takes a while to be reflected or updated within the mobile phone application, therefore, I only recommend that the application be used to plan events, add collaborators or configure some type of specification of your events, but I do not recommend it to view the status of each of your events or view the changes, since the application is not capable of showing the changes in real time or updating the status in real time. 3- The general system of this platform must be complicated to adapt to a website to create the ticket purchase page, therefore, I totally recommend that a group of people who have previous experience be used to implement this platform with the website as it is a main setup process to create the ticket booking page is quite complicated. Eventbrite is a magnificent platform and the vast majority of functions provided by this platform have enabled our company to develop very complete events with a much higher participation, however, during our experience we have perceived the following negative things: - The main negative feature of this platform is that the vast majority of the content within it is in English, it is not available in any other language, which makes it difficult for this platform to be used by someone else country that does not handle the English language correctly. I believe that this platform should be available in more languages, currently this negative feature does not represent a problem for us, since our company is located in the United States and the vast majority of our employees speak English correctly, however, I consider that there is a great need for new languages to be implemented within this platform to broaden the usage it may have around the world. - The second negative feature of this platform is that it is currently possible to hold events or plan events online, that the platform only serves to schedule physical events, placing an event date, waiting for participants and many other things, it cannot plan or execute a event within the platform, you cannot run an event with the full participation of all customers online.
