Since Ergonode was introduced, we have improved our product development cycles. Im a Manager in food and beverage retail, I see hundreds of product info ingredients, nutritional stats, prices and supplier info. Let Ergonode keep everything organized in one place. When customers have questions, my team can easily access product details, and I can quickly check the information for ordering and inventory. Overall, bringing everything into one ecosystem significantly reduced confusion and helped us operate with so much more ease. Thats particularly useful for new product releases when precision matters. Cons Setup required a lot of thought about data architecture. It would be advantageous to incorporate more sophisticated project management features focussed on product development timelines. Various customizations were done with the help of the team. Would appreciate a mobile app for faster access on the floor. Initial learning curve took a little time. Search functionality could be improved for speed. Would love something more mobile friendly for quick lookups on the sales floor. Training time was slightly longer initially. In the case of searching through bigger product catalogs, this could speed up search. Needs a mobile app for easier access on the floor. It took some time to get used to the interface. Search could be a bit faster. However, the initial migration needed to be planned carefully. Would like more advanced reporting features for tracking production. Some customization requires technical assistance.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like the automated content enrichment feature that PIMworks provides. Also, the knowledge base is very much detailed. PIMworks is very helpful for us to manage and maintain all our catalog information in a centralized repository. PIMworks provides product information management and also data management options which is very useful for us to maintain catalog information and data. The workflow management capabilities offered by PIMworks is by far my favorite feature of PIMworks. Also, the task management is nice. PIMworks is a very handy PIM platform with lot of core capabilities. The attention to detail with the features is very impressive. Cons I do not like the pricing of the software as I find it a bit steep. I do not have any significant cons about using PIMworks. All the features of PIMworks are very good and I do not have any complaints. The over the air patch updates takes longer to download. I do not have any major concerns with my usage of PIMworks.
