The mobile application for Android devices has certain disadvantages since its performance is not optimal on some devices, therefore this means that many visitors do not like to use the mobile application to register their visit within the offices of my company. I would like it to have the same optimization that Apple users currently have since the platform on iPhone mobile devices has no problem and its interface is very fluid, so there would be no problems when recording visits to any facility that use this platform. I would like that they already integrate a Chat within this platform for mobile devices in order to facilitate communication between visitor and host, since although it can be used for the way in which I can include visitors, it is a bit uncomfortable to be able to work in different platforms for the same purpose.
