We can monitor process progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure accountability across departments. The support team is also responsive and helpful during both implementation and operational phases. Cons Some advanced configurations and process customizations may require technical expertise, especially when designing highly detailed workflow rules or complex integrations. Also, depending on the scale of the process and number of users, performance tuning and infrastructure planning becomes important. A more detailed built-in guide for best practices and optimization would make the onboarding phase easier.
