Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The software removed 100's of hours paperwork. Production staff are able to create batch record as events occur. Releasing product for sale is as simple as print, review, and sign off. The real time documentation provides a level of traceability and makes life easy on quality assurance departments. The customer support team are amazing. They will pick up the phone, respond to emails and have always had suggestions and solutions when we have brought up concerns. Elevated Signals doesn't try to box you into a 'one-size-fits-all' software solution. Their program is designed around your specific operations and procedures and the needs of your company, increasing your efficiencies in both time and resources. Forms and work orders are easy to customize to your processes. Creating and managing batches is simple, and the ability to attach records to a certain batch, or multiple batches, makes batch record review quick and straightforward. The ability to quickly pull reports for monthly reporting or during Health Canada audits saves a lot of time and a lot of stress! The customer service at Elevated Signals is outstanding. They will work side by side with you through installation and training and are readily and quickly available when you have questions or issues. If you have been using an alternate software system they make the transfer of data and the transition to ES seamless. Ivan! Great system. Customize your forms. All tasks you can see on real time. The people and software is extremely helpful through a health Canada audit. Great help but program is not great or easy to use. Cons Like all software, learning the features and the flow of the software can take some time. However once the users understand the patterns and procedures it becomes very straight forward. I have many clients who use Elevated Signals and they are all impressed. No complaints! More user friendly. Sometimes very slow. Automate clts and cra reports (separate). You need to merge with a system like Aroya that would be the ultimate record keeping software. Not user friendly.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There is flexibility in changing what works best for our business and the manufacturing bill of material works very well for our product. Be patient - There is a learning curve, but support is great with being patient and helping you through it. It is an excellent all Encompassing ERP Solution, for small to Medium size businesses. We use the WMS extensively. With the ability to put number plates on each pallet which allow for easy warehouse tracking. OpenPro ERP is a comprehensive open source, cloud based ERP and Warehouse Distribution pkg. It is well laid out and easily modified. Though it doesn’t have a flashy interface like programs written in React it is very easily quickly Modified to meet almost any business challenge. We have 7 divisions to our company from wholesale to retail to ecommerce we also have a construction division and a manufacturing division. Job cost, POS, ecommerce, payroll, mobile app timekeeping all work together in an integrated fashion! Priced very reasonable for the features offered! Support has been excellent! This is a program that can easily handle all size companies from small to large! I love their CRM and their workflow manager. And the program easily integrates with many other programs. Except for design software like Vector Works we rarely leave OpenPro in daily operations! Cons Sometimes there are updates to the system that will change a certain processes. There are time through where that change will actually be for the better, but not always. The look and feel is an older look and feel, While the functionality exists the UI is not modern and sleek. Reports need to be a bit cleaner. Actually I am pretty satisfied with the program. There will always be features you want that are not present in the software but the companies willingness to integrate with other software pretty much fixes that issue!
