Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The security and confidence that Egnyte provides me, coupled with its ability to store all types of files within its cloud-based platform, is fantastic and just what I needed. It makes everything more accessible in our quest to safeguard files, access them from anywhere through any device with internet access, and save space on our computers and other devices. It is always prudent for every work team to have a familiar environment where they can store and protect information for different purposes, especially if it means saving computer memory, something that Egnyte does perfectly. Safeguarding and keeping files, work documents, and critical company data safe is of utmost importance in any organization and is something that we have been able to cover from the use of Egnyte, a cloud-based service that has allowed us to manage in an orderly manner, information to keep our business running from any location. I like the folder system on egnyte. It can also be searched quickly, in addition to keeping the location of old papers and photos maintained quickly. I can conveniently move images directly to different folders, and stay organized so my group can communicate. It offers reliable team collaboration including handy cloud file sharing. Great integration. Secure file storage solution. Role-based access management. Sweet spot for the team management. Egnyte is a reliable web based app which provide cloud storage and file sharing architecture. The features offered by Egnyte are - - Setting up permission at different level of the folder hierarchy - Completely operational file on the cloud - Complete control collaboration with parties outside the premises - Managing account activity with detailed auditing. Cons Its user interface needs a little more work, it could be more intuitive, plus this platform does not have many customization options. Egnyte has very few shortcomings. Some users often find it complicated to manage permissions on the website, and although this software does not have a free version, it does offer a trial period. The only thing that is annoying about egnyte is that, in some cases, photo views take a long time and can be a little slow. Other than that, it's wonderful. Nothing to share about cons. Works flawlessly for me. It's a great and secure file sharing system. I didn't find any thing to downvote.
