Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Nothing —- there has been no positive aspects to dealing with this company. I have tried to contact them on multiple social media outlets as well as their website. Cons I was due a refund from a payment made in October 2023. The event got cancelled and therefore I got an email on the 19/8/24 stating refund processed. This money has not reached my account and I have spent the last four weeks attempting to contact the company. The only email responses I have got are from a bot with frequently asked questions. I am unable to speak to anyone on the phone or to get any updates. This has been an extremely frustrating experience.		Pros from Real Users Pros The software is simple and could be used very quickly. The introductory effort was minimal. The technicians were able to use the software very quickly and it helped them to plan the orders. So many features for a service program. We can track exactly how much a job cost compared to revenue. The dispatching functionality is great, it's easy to see where your technicians are at any given time and schedule service calls. Customer support has been outstanding. I have had every question answered promptly and customizations made where we needed them. The communication with the team was smooth and delivered our customization needs rapidly. Our overall efficiency grew with 25% overall, thanks to the digital work orders. At my previous job I had to manually hand write the work orders for my technicians. Here, this is a huge advantage for us to do everything quicker and more easily. Also my techs can read my notes now Great for scheduling bike-repairs daily. The booking portal helps us automate most of the scheduling. Cool app for quick work orders, great for keeping track of customers and client history in the CRM. Good online booking Maps view, and clean calendar!
