Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Team is very responsive for support. The interface is very easy to understand and use, it works very well on mobile platforms and laptops alike, and the fact that it utilizes so much Maximo business logic makes configurations simple. EZ Max Mobile is the best in class mobile solution for most organizations. They can tailor the application to meet the most demanding needs of any user, and they have the same functionality in offline mode. The EZMaxMobile team is very responsive to our ongoing needs. We appreciate their knowledge and understanding of our requests. They are competent and they communicate effectively and resolve issues timely. Cons As we are using customized version of Maximo, we are finding it difficult to apply the customizations in EzMaxMobile during upgrades. Offline mode is much more involved in setting up than online mode. Sometimes the process to get everything working, especially for offline mode can be tricky. We have not had negative instances working with EzMaxMobile or their software.
