Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Absolutely dreadful experience with EMAX, there seriously are no pros at all, they even did the training remotely after promising us onsite training which we paid for. All though we, like others in our area, decided to abandon the E-Max implementation (after around 18 months) there were some positives. The support team in Glasgow were found to be very responsive and did try very hard to sort issues, however, were many time let down by the basic system therefore leading to an unsatisfactory outcome. Also sometimes their fixes would address the specific issue you had at that time (be it stock assignment issues etc) but without realising it their background work would create issues down the line in the finance module with incorrect figures reported. Cons So much of the system did not work, none of the modules worked correctly, API was promised and not delivered. The financial module was a joke, never added up and loved inventing rogue data. The support was shocking, it took months to resolve some minor problems, by which time we had a load more problems. Worst experience we have ever had as a business. Nearly broke us! Simply put, after 18 months of trying, we and E-Max could not get this system to work in our business. At around 9 months the technical director personally took hold of our system and eventually we offered them 6 re-attempts at configuring the system and getting this to work, however, every new system failed testing in some fairly critical ways (either stock control or accounting being the main factors). We were unique in that we have three brands under our our group company and I do believe this may have been a contributing factor to the eventual withdrawal. However, at quotation we were assured this would not be an issue. Additionally were are in conversations with another 4 businesses who are more simple in their set up and they found similar issues and have either pulled the implementation or reverted to the older E-Max system which does seem to work much better but is not a true ERP solution.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ease of use, intuitive flow in all processes, responsive and thorough customer service, robust capabilities. I appreciate how easy this system is to look up orders and order details. Having a system that can look up customer's orders based off the customers information is a great advantage. aACE is also a very organized system leaving very little chance for processing errors. aACE is easy to learn and is very organized. I almost always know where to find the things I need and being able to have multiple orders/invoices open on different windows is very useful. Ease of use, great support team and documentation! It is great to be able to access through the desktop app and through a web browser with no issues! aAce has an unique approach to the discovery process. For a small fee, they give access to a full version of aAce; both desktop and web; and include weekly meetings with experts for 6 weeks. It is great opportunity to determine if aAce delivers as promised - and it does! This is far superior to an expensive installation process only to find out that the product does not deliver as promised. In addition to superior customer service, this is the best process for testing/implementation. Perfect for small to medium companies. Cons No cons I can name. We use the system daily and any issues are addressed immediately and remedied. I cannot find anything bad to say about this product. On rare occasions, the system will lock up but that is a simple fix of restarting the program. This is a very rare occurrence. Voiding invoices can sometimes lead to a rabbit hole without any direction on what to do next and how to fix the outstanding amount. I also wish there was a better process for recurring orders. I don’t have any cons to report about aACE software. None so far. All concerns answered promptly and courteously.
