Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We use Druva inSync to protect information, as well as workstation configurations. In addition, we use Druva inSync to protect phones. As you know, laptops and phones are easily damaged or taken away. One of the most crucial points is to quickly retrieve information from a central console, without the need to log in to your workstation. The expense of subscribing to a device can be reduced. Easy to configure & deploy Auditing of data is easy Highly Secure - tracks user location Built-in ability to assist in migration of data from one device to another Seamlessly integration with active directory Cons I have customers who use Druva inSync for backups of their computers, laptops and smartphones. It allows for backups in scheduled minutes and allows for extremely easy recovery by the end user. But, the problem is the slowness that the system presents. Expensive licensing cost User Interface can be given a refresher for a more modern look & feel	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Customizable solutions. Support team is always responsive and reliable. Great new addition of cybersecurity MDR services! We have been using Gridway/Storagepipe-Ottawa for our IT Solutions for many years. We receive excellent customer service, sales and technical support from them always. We have done many projects over the last few years and always with great success. We appreciate Storagepipe (formerly Gridway) as our go-to source for IT support and help desk for our national, non-profit association. They spend the time that is needed to solve our technical issues, and they will also make housecalls to our office as needed. I've been dealing with GridWay (acquired by Storagepipe) for a number of years and they are a one-stop shop for all your business IT needs. Their personnel bring up-to-date technical skills to every project and IT issue and their sales team works with you to provide what you need without any over-selling. The helpdesk is a critical part of our daily IT infrastructure and continues to be a valuable resource to all our network users. Storagepipe expertly handled all of the necessary requirements with ease and professionalism and have proactively anticipated future needs while readily responding to any questions or additional requests. Cons Can’t really think of any! Awesome team, awesome work! No cons that I can think of, if an issue comes up the team is always there to provide support and solutions for us. There really isn't anything that comes to mind at this time. Nothing comes to mind. There will always be IT issues of varying degrees and GridWay has always been there to find a solution that suits our business needs. None.
