All my questions were answered and my issue was resolved quickly. - Text character limits make it hard to say what I want sometimes but if you add a picture to longer messages it will let you use more characters - Pay attention to your audience because that will determine what plan works best for you. I truly don’t have any cons. The service was exceptional! I'm concerned about how the auto-replies will impact our overall cost. That is the only thing so far. Nothing much to note here. Still pretty new to this and have yet to find a fault.
