Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Extremely user friendly for administration, instructors and students. Constantly adding new features. Integration with Stripe. Fantastic support team with quick response. DreamClass is an easy-to-use student management system that allows for a small school to have top-of-the-line software. The team sets up video calls, where they share their screens, and go through how to use their program. It is super user-friendly and very aesthetically pleasing. The price initially drew me to the software. It is a fraction of the cost of the alternative we were using before. But the team at DreamClass is what will keep me here as long as I am in charge of our school. They are super responsive to customer feedback, and it is obvious they take pride in their work. The software does all I need it to do now, and there are many features that I anticipate our fledgling school will grow into in the next few years. Additionally, it is much easier to use than much more expensive competitors. Overall user experience is great. We are a professional school with approximately 90 students, after trying other management systems for schools, I chose DreamClass because it is easy to use and intuitive, the general user experience is good. Whether for students, teachers and parents, it is simple and concrete. The customer service is excellent, the team is friendly and always willing to help. The price is affordable for a startup like us, and by not having customization and installation costs like large companies have, it is possible to start using the platform immediately. DreamClass allows us to enroll students online into our microschool program and our summer camp program. We've been able to streamline the process from using three different system to collect payment and registration forms to using this one system. The training videos are super helpful. Cons To meet the character minimum here, I would just like to say there are no cons I can think of quite yet! I would say that the updates (which are great) can be hard to navigate after you start doing things a certain way. When setting up anything from scratch, it can be intimidating, but I found that the DreamClass Team is right there with you. Nothing, but since I have a minimum number of characters to fill, there are a few features that I think could be improved. But I believe Angeliki when she says their team is working on them. I can't think of any cons, since when we have had a technical problem, the technical service has immediately started to resolve it. Some features seem hidden and difficult to find unless you know where to find it.		Pros from Real Users Pros The app is user friendly in most aspects. It allows both the parent and the teacher to communicate on the go, and parents can get updates on their child all day via their phone. The customer support is always amazing. They work on an issue until they get it resolved. I like how everything is linked together. From the administration to the classroom and even billing Procare is a one stop shop. I like that it is easy to select activities for children to share with parents and guardians. Parents are easily able to send messages to the classroom as well to let teachers know if they will be late or if their child will not be in attendance that day. As a parent, I enjoy getting the email summary at the end of each day. I love as a parent that I can message just the admin team or the teachers directly. It is a nice way for privacy purposes. At CCDP, we appreciate how Procare streamlines the complex demands of multi-site child care management. The platform makes it easy to track attendance, manage tuition, and communicate with families—all in one place. What we like most is how Procare helps us stay compliant while saving time. The reporting tools are clear and customizable, which is essential for audits and subsidy documentation. Staff find the interface intuitive, and families love the mobile access. It’s a system that supports both operational excellence and meaningful connection. I really like the ability to send parents pictures or their children and updates for their activities. I love that one software package can provide everything that is needed to run a daycare center's daily activities. I had the pleasure of working with Renae J, and she went above and beyond to help me with my issues. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making sure everything was resolved quickly and correctly.
