Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very detailed website of the features and prices. Very responsive with phone calls. I really appreciate that they had the same associates handling my case every time that I called in. Thanks to Maria and Berj! They are very clear and informative during the demos and setup. Easiest software by far, the migration process was very easy thanks to the support. Great features that our other software didn't have. We are now focused on core issues of our business because this software has allowed us to automate that department. The software promotes more growth because we are able to save time and money. DoorLoop has allowed us to save time and money by streamlining our entire tenant application process. We can easily do background checks on prospective tenants and communicate from one software. We were able to start using DoorLoop from the very first day, which has allowed us to save time and money. All of our information is stored in one place, and we can easily share it with anyone we need to. Cons I have no real concerns as of right now but can't imagine having many (if any). I haven't found something I dislike and I'm looking forward to see the growing process. I am glad to have DoorLoop because it takes care of our business very well. At this moment I don’t see any cons associated with technical functionality. Having everything automated has made my team’s lives significantly easier. N/A everything has been great so far. So far so good the software's menus and everything is working	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There are zero Pros. Absolutely the worst program I worked with in my 26 years. Everything is terrible about this program Cons This is the worst program I've ever worked with. The language is confusing, extremely slow, or it just quits altogether. Takes forever to download a document. Too many steps (11). Whoever invented this should get a medical examination of their brain. I waste so much time with this program, just waiting to upload. Thank you for making my work harder!
