Pros from Real Users Pros Very detailed website of the features and prices. Very responsive with phone calls. I really appreciate that they had the same associates handling my case every time that I called in. Thanks to Maria and Berj! They are very clear and informative during the demos and setup. Easiest software by far, the migration process was very easy thanks to the support. Great features that our other software didn't have. We are now focused on core issues of our business because this software has allowed us to automate that department. The software promotes more growth because we are able to save time and money. DoorLoop has allowed us to save time and money by streamlining our entire tenant application process. We can easily do background checks on prospective tenants and communicate from one software. We were able to start using DoorLoop from the very first day, which has allowed us to save time and money. All of our information is stored in one place, and we can easily share it with anyone we need to. I recommend DoorLoop to anyone who wants a simple, straightforward property management system that is designed to be easy to use and full of useful features. We chose DoorLoop for its ability to integrate with all of the other systems we use, and we've been really happy with the support we've received from the team. I couldn't be happier with the product. It's simple and easy to use. The support is great too. If you have a question, you know someone will be there to answer it. The software is great and it has really streamlined the tenant screening process for us. For a small company like ours, this is really important as we’d normally just do it ourselves. DoorLoop has been an amazing tool for our company and our tenants. It's super easy to use, and all of the updates have made it even better! The customer support is great, too. Door Loop is a great approach for property managers. It's easy to set up and use. The customer service is great - special thank you to Daniel for helping me. Doorloop has helped me to track and manage all of the maintenance requests coming in. I can take control of the process and keep track of when work is completed.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros User-friendly interface: Innago's design is intuitive, making navigating and utilizing the platform easy. Comprehensive feature set: Innago offers a wide range of features, from tenant management to financial tracking, customized late fees, messaging, and maintenance tracking. Mobile accessibility: The platform has a mobile app and the browser is mobile-friendly. Having the app is critical to get notifications right away if there is a maintenance issue. Strong customer support: The Innago support team is amazing and very quick to respond and get a resolution or an answer to your question. To be free to landlords is a major plus and it isn't expensive for the tenant to make their payments if they set up payments through their bank account. I love that it's free, so it saves me money. I can easily use it and navigate the dashboard every easily. The best is the quick responsiveness of customer service, which is important for me whenever a problem arises. Great Platform and Customer Service. The platform is easy to navigate and customer service is very responsive for assistance. I like that you can store documents in each renters file. Its so easy to add these documents. Its nice that I don't have to keep a physical copy. The product overall is great; it has easy accessibility and is easy to setup. It also has great flexibility. Cons Learning curve: While the interface is generally user-friendly, there is still be a learning curve for users who are new to property management software or who are switching from a different platform. It would be helpful if you were able to navigate different sections of the platform without having to back out and go to one of the side bar items. Reports: It would be nice to be able to get more reports or customize some of the reports. Creating Documents: This feature could be developed further. It isn't very user-friendly, and it would be nice to create a document from scratch. Filling out all the spaces to complete text, initials, and documents could be improved. I wish Innago implemented a guidebook or a video to help tenants better integrate into the platform because one of my tenants isn't tech savvy and had difficulty using it. I also wish there were forms available for landlords to use, such as eviction notice, lease agreements based on state, etc. I currently do not have any cons at this time to report. There is not a way to have a renter sign multiple electronic documents I do not like that I do not have the option to turn off the credit card function.
