Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros -Really easy for our customers to use. We collect close to 200 waivers each month and were having trouble getting this done once the pandemic hit. The process has become more efficient than ever with OnTask. Being able to just send customers a link and have access to their forms after has been a game-changer for us. -Being able to find all signed waivers -The reminder feature so that we aren’t spending time chasing people down We had some trouble getting set-up at first, but the support team at OnTask helped me set up our workflows to get started. They were very responsive and checked in with me before we launched anything to make sure we were on the right track. Once you’re set up, it’s really easy to send forms. Getting HR documents completed with most of our employees working remote after COVID had become a struggle. OnTask has helped us immensely with this problem. Now we’re able to send a link out to employees to fill out their PTO requests and performance appraisals. This application has been easy to implement throughout our organization, and has sped up a lot of our processes. Creating the workflows has been easy, and our clients enjoy having the ability to sign their contracts digitally now. Cons -Setting up forms and workflows can be time-consuming if you don’t know your way around the product. -You have to have the business package for custom branded emails It can be overwhelming at first, but once you learn the basics it’s easy to navigate the platform. It took some time to get some of our team members on board for such a big process change, but now everyone is enjoying how easy it is. When we first started using the application there were some glitches, but the support team was great about helping us get them resolved in a timely manner.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Sending one document to multiple people at one time. User friendly interface makes work easy. Quick signing and sending documents for signatures. Group management is amazing functionality. Way less expensive than DocuSign, and while it may not have their name recognition, it functions just as well and easily. HelloSign is a very valuable tool to get your document digitally signed remotely. It offers a secure path to transfer and get the signed document. HelloSign is available on the multiplatform. This software is very straightforward to get legally signed documents using the digital signature feature. The UI is awesome. This software is cost-effective and secure to share sensitive and important documents. I was given a few contracts to e-sign via HelloSign, and the experience was pretty streamlined, reminding me of DocuSign. Everyone gets an email when any party has signed it. The interface is even a bit less cluttered than how I remember DocuSign was. Cons There isn't anything major I've found that I can mention here. There are no cons with this product from what I can tell. Nothing to share about cons. Worked great for me. It's practically well-implemented software. No cons. HelloSign doesn't really feel like it has any missing features if you're just looking to sign a basic document. I haven't encountered a form where you're supposed to initial here, there, and like 30 other places on HelloSign yet though, so I can't say how well it'll handle that.
