Detrack vs. Routific Comparison Chart

Pros

• 1. Real-Time Visibility Lets you track the exact location of every vehicle or driver. You know where each delivery is, spot delays early, and provide accurate ETAs to customers. GPS integration + live tracking links that you can even share with clients. 2. Digital Proof of Delivery (POD) Every delivery is recorded with e-signature, photo, and timestamp. Prevents disputes like “I never got my order.” Stored securely in the cloud, easy to retrieve if issues or returns arise. 3. Route Optimization While not as advanced as Onfleet or Routific, it helps plan logical and efficient routes. Saves fuel, reduces wasted time, and lowers driver stress. 4. Automated Customer Notifications Sends SMS, WhatsApp, or email alerts when an order is on the way or delivered. Builds customer trust and reduces “Where’s my order?” calls. Enhances the overall shopping experience on AreroFast. 5. Scalability Start small with just a few vehicles and scale up easily. No expensive hardware—just smartphones with the Detrack app. Works well for mixed fleets (in-house + outsourced like Eric Delivery). 6. E-commerce Integration Has APIs and plugins that integrate with WooCommerce/WordPress. You can automate flows: when an order is “completed” in WooCommerce, it gets sent to Detrack as a delivery job. Reduces manual work and boosts efficiency. 7. Reports & Analytics Provides metrics on on-time deliveries, delays, peak hours, and driver performance. Helps you make data-driven decisions (e.g., reinforce routes on Fridays, adjust delivery zones, etc.).
