Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Using Demo Wizard has allowed me to submit/change my availability dates, foresee/input product stats, fill out reports & have records of my full reports & payments records for years later I love Demo Wizard! -Don't have to correspond with vendors as much -Easily able to approve demos and see where they land on the calendar -I like that I can see what products they are planning on demoing -Don't have to hire a demo coordinator! -All emails are automated to buyers and vendors. Demo Wizard has made scheduling demos in larger super markets hassle free. It’s obvious it was designed by someone looking to simplify the process. We’ve been very happy using their program. I no longer need to make multiple calls that can span days to set a demo Once the demos are set, everyone involved can access all relevant info Online Reporting is simpler for the BA's and is treasured by the clients for the concise, relevant and actionable information. Invoicing and Payroll used to take me a full day, now it literally takes less that 30 min. Cons P.S. In a world of digital efficiency, it would be great if Demo Wizard was a bit more mobile friendly when it comes to filling out Demo Reports. -There is no prompt when a new email is added saying what your current password is and prompting you to set up a new one. -Some features that are in normal software are not available (ability to delete people, sharing calendar, option to change who is assigned to demo after the first time, etc). -Vendors often input their data incorrectly as there is no limit to character fields to help them figure out what info they are supposed to put in. We have used the service several times and would recommend to others. I wish Demo Wizard had more stores on their platform. Not enough stores have it. Setting demos for the ones that do, spoils me for the stores that it takes me days to contact and coordinate a demo with. It would be great if they could provide insight into what days and times are best at each store		Pros from Real Users Pros Automations, efficient implementation of features. User friendly. Easy access, user friendly, there’s a lot of option to see the data in detailed. It’s very useful for making planogram in so many ways. ie size wise, category wise, color wise, brand wise and so many more. - development of new tools and features - easy planograms and layouts planning - good visualization - data analysis - customer support - useful functions - easy to use Wide ranging multi tool for store management. Great customer support. Multi-platform access so very easy to use from anywhere. Almost everything, aside from the learning curve at the beginning which Quant team does provide plentiful support to get us started. - Behind the creation and operation of the entire system is a friendly team of people. - Excellent help desk. - The setup and customization of the web application is very flexible and you can do it yourself.
