Another advantage of using Deel is their responsive and helpful customer support team. Available 24/7 via chat, email or phone, the Deel team is always ready to help with any questions or concerns you may have. Additionally, Deel assigns you a dedicated account manager who can guide you through the onboarding process and provide ongoing support. Deel also has a large network of partners and integrations that allow companies to access various benefits, advantages and tools for their global team. For example, users can offer health insurance, 401k plans, stock options, learning platforms, and more. Deel is very intuitive and clear. The learning curve was really soft, it was very easy getting to know what steps I had to do. Really simple and easy to use the platform. Love the fact you guys offer multiple withdraw options. Fast payouts. Love Deel! Full details incoming. Many contracts in the same platform. Deel virtual/physical card to make buying easier. Cons The EoR service of this platform is not available in all countries. This means that companies operating in certain regions may still need another solution to recruit employees and manage payroll. To check if Deel supports a particular country, users can visit their website for the latest list of supported locations. Deel may experience bugs or glitches from time to time. While these issues are usually resolved quickly, they can impact the user experience or cause payment or document delays. However, Deel's customer support team is responsive and helpful, and they are usually quick to communicate with their customers and provide updates on any issues that arise. Deel's payroll deadlines are strict and may not align with your internal processes or cash flow. To avoid late fees or penalties, users must deposit funds in advance and approve payroll before the deadline. I asked for a Deel card to make a transfer. I payed 5 dollars for it. Once I had it, I tried to make the transaction (to activate my Wise account) and wasn't allowed. I would have preferred to know that information before. Can't transfer directly to avenue, or to other investments platform. Can't leave the money more then 30 days. Worldwide deposits take a little longer. No cons, nothing bad to say. Keep up your great services. No compatibility with AirTM and others withdraw options.		Pros from Real Users Pros I had a really positive experience using TFY. The platform was simple and easy to understand, which made onboarding and day-to-day use stress-free. The fact that the platform supports crypto payments also is an obvious standout. The service was exceptional, never felt like just another number. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and genuinely treated me like a valued client. Overall, the service felt personal, transparent, and reliable. We use Transformify primarily to process payouts for contractors outside the Philippines, and it has made cross-border payments significantly easier for our payroll operations. Instead of managing multiple bank transfers and country-specific payment arrangements, we are able to process disbursements in a more streamlined and controlled way through a single platform. The biggest advantage for us is the simplicity. It reduces administrative effort, improves visibility of transactions, and helps ensure payments are completed without the usual complexity that comes with international transfers. Compared to manual banking processes, this is far more efficient and easier to manage for a payroll team handling global payments. Support has also been very responsive whenever needed, which adds confidence when managing time-sensitive payroll disbursements. Transformify (TFY) is a simple and practical tool for working with data. It is easy to use and does not require coding for basic tasks. The interface is clear and most functions are easy to find. It works reliably and jobs usually run without problems. Error messages are understandable and help to fix issues quickly. Overall performance is good for everyday data processing.
