Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Before the downgrade, the dedicated ISP proxies worked for my Telegram accounts. That is the only positive part of this experience. Clean and user-friendly dashboard Multiple proxy types available (residential, mobile, datacenter) Helpful documentation and developer-friendly API IP tagging and management options are well-structured Cons Support gave wrong information about which IPs would remain, the port-to-IP mapping broke, a refund was refused, and live chat was blocked. KYC verification is unnecessarily long (took 2+ days even with correct documents) Couldn’t access my target site even after full approval Support team demanded too many business documents (e.g. company name, registration ID, tax number) Compliance team added further delays with domain-based email verification Refund is not processed to payment method—only as account credit Poor experience for testers or individual users	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The price initially looked better than the alternative. The management page is decent & self-explanatory. - Decent API (Why is there a minimum only on the Pros: section? There is very little positive to say about this product) Cons The API is extremely unreliable - it timeouts and does not support the concurrency mentioned for the package. I was supposed to get 10 concurrent calls but at best got 4-5 and I was occasionally stuck at 10 (no idea how) and could not use the API for a while. However, the worst part was canceling the API. You cannot cancel the API using the interface; you must email them which is very sneaky. I emailed them 3 times but they did not cancel the plan. In the end, I had to change my credit card number. STAY AWAY FROM this scam. - You can only cancel through email, the dashboard is useless - There is no data insights, graphs, logging, or anything like that. They'll happily email you that you've run out of request but can't tell you how those requests have been used. The best they can do is a delayed report with only the domain and number of requests - Customer service is incredible user hostile
