Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Before the downgrade, the dedicated ISP proxies worked for my Telegram accounts. That is the only positive part of this experience. Clean and user-friendly dashboard Multiple proxy types available (residential, mobile, datacenter) Helpful documentation and developer-friendly API IP tagging and management options are well-structured Cons Support gave wrong information about which IPs would remain, the port-to-IP mapping broke, a refund was refused, and live chat was blocked. KYC verification is unnecessarily long (took 2+ days even with correct documents) Couldn’t access my target site even after full approval Support team demanded too many business documents (e.g. company name, registration ID, tax number) Compliance team added further delays with domain-based email verification Refund is not processed to payment method—only as account credit Poor experience for testers or individual users		Pros from Real Users Pros Super reliable and straightforward tool. Refined set of features and clear documentation. Our setup couldn't have been much faster and we've not had any issues with the tool in over a year! Our system was using a more expensive competing product, but Gaffa made the transition simple and seamless. We are primarily using it to print PDF reports from our site, but plan to expand its use to other parts of our product and processes. Very easy to get going! Really expressive API. Saved me a lot of time and allowed me to do just what I needed in terms of interacting with sites and getting data back in the right way. Also the dashboard where you can see your previous requests is really useful when debugging!
