Possibly the long waiting times in the support line are to be mentioned here, but these show on the other hand that a lot of time is taken for the individual problems of the clients. - To use all functions efficiently, you have to invest some time in the beginning, but it's worth it - The app still has a few weak points - The e-mail management offers only the basic functions
