	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros None. Product didn't work. I tried to integrate Facebook and Twitter, following the setup process to the letter. Neither worked. Customer support was unreachable, so I cannot in good conscious list a single "pro". Ease of use. They want me to write here at least 100 characters. Unfortunately, "ease of use" is not long enough. Cons Literally no customer support for weeks. I paid 200 USD for their backer directory in the hope of receiving a selected audience for my crowdfunding campaign. 200 USD for no backers at all, plus the 300 bucks for the Facebook ads targeting their audience. All the backers for my campaign were generated using our own audience and newsletter.
