From the moment he reached out to introduce himself, he’s gone above and beyond in helping us catch up. I am a new user to Cumulus and have nothing but rave reviews. The ease of use of the software is outstanding(so far). The support that i receive is far above top notch. My implementation team that consists of Kimberly Mano, Nathan Gilbert and Scott Ward are very supportive and continue to be an invaluable resource to me as I grow my business. Cons Not a true custom website creating sellable products takes many steps iOS seems to have issues. UI is not intuitive without training. Ticket system is handle in India, so there's a language barrier. In the past, we had some concerns, but the recent changes made by Celerant have been impressive. None, support is very helpful solving if we have any report with any reports! As a new user, my challenge is really about learning the full functionalities of the back office and the software. However, the Cumulus team has continued to point me in the right direction and is supportive through each step.		Pros from Real Users Pros I have been using RetailEdge (RE) for 15 years to help manage my small business. RE is a fantastic database that allows for multi-faceted reports to assist with decision making to manage and grow my business. Need tech support? They are there for you! And yes a real human will be assisting you. You guys are great! RE is always updating their system to accommodate any needs you may want or need and at a reasonable price. So glad I chose your product over other competitors. Thank you :) The soft is easy to use, it is reliable, easy to use, the back office features really amazes me and the support bus on point. Extremely simple to set up and use, customer service very understanding and super fast to response, very well priced, loaded with amazing features, one time payment. Isaac guided me through my mistakes, and he advised me in a professional way until he fixed them. Thank you Isaac. The support and sales teams are responsive. They go above and beyond and the product is constantly evolving based on users' input. There are is not a huge investment and all your data can be exported to Excel. This was a huge influence as I was unsure when starting my business what type of system I would actually need. If I changed my mind I could transfer data. After 10 years I have not changed my mind. Very low monthly fees and great customer service. Easy to learn. Easy to customize to my unique store. Multiple locations all can seen from any location. Support team Is GREAT and fast to return call and questions. Many options available, easy to use, lots of reports to create different type of reports for different task. I love how customizable RE is, their customer support is top notch, and their pricing is unmatched. Plus, it's super easy to use, and has proven reliable for the 5 years I've had it, so far! With 0 experience in using POS software this program was super easy to install, setup, and use! Customer Service is excellent, they answer any questions you have!
