Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Compliance, accuracy, and monthly reporting is amazing to CRA and HC. It has it's own ecommerce, so no Woo or Shopify interfacing needed. - Super through, it has capability of every little details for reporting - Support team is fantastic - Many different reports available for auditing - Built in audit system - Pulls Batch Records with one click of a button - Full traceability (for raw Materials and cannabis) - Completely paperless Cons A lot of features, so a bit of a learning curve at the start, but you save later. - The software is a bit complex and hard to navigate for first time users - PROS outweigh the cons with sufficient training and support from Cropsify's team.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The software removed 100's of hours paperwork. Production staff are able to create batch record as events occur. Releasing product for sale is as simple as print, review, and sign off. The real time documentation provides a level of traceability and makes life easy on quality assurance departments. The customer support team are amazing. They will pick up the phone, respond to emails and have always had suggestions and solutions when we have brought up concerns. Elevated Signals doesn't try to box you into a 'one-size-fits-all' software solution. Their program is designed around your specific operations and procedures and the needs of your company, increasing your efficiencies in both time and resources. Forms and work orders are easy to customize to your processes. Creating and managing batches is simple, and the ability to attach records to a certain batch, or multiple batches, makes batch record review quick and straightforward. The ability to quickly pull reports for monthly reporting or during Health Canada audits saves a lot of time and a lot of stress! The customer service at Elevated Signals is outstanding. They will work side by side with you through installation and training and are readily and quickly available when you have questions or issues. If you have been using an alternate software system they make the transfer of data and the transition to ES seamless. Ivan! Great system. Customize your forms. All tasks you can see on real time. The people and software is extremely helpful through a health Canada audit. Great help but program is not great or easy to use. Cons Like all software, learning the features and the flow of the software can take some time. However once the users understand the patterns and procedures it becomes very straight forward. I have many clients who use Elevated Signals and they are all impressed. No complaints! More user friendly. Sometimes very slow. Automate clts and cra reports (separate). You need to merge with a system like Aroya that would be the ultimate record keeping software. Not user friendly.
