Pros from Real Users Pros Great CS team that is always ready to help. They really listen to their customers and will step in to make sure you can use the product to what you need. Very user friendly - implementation was seamless and Crelate's customer support is amazing. I highly recommend this ATS. Crelate has been an outstanding partner for our organization. From implementation through ongoing support, their team consistently responds to our needs quickly and efficiently. The software is intuitive and easy to use, enabling our team to double our recruiting and onboarding volume without adding additional staff. This level of growth simply wouldn’t have been possible without Crelate. I've used Crelate now with 3 of my start-ups. I was on the implementation and buying team for one of these. I've been recruiting for 15 years and have used so many ATS systems, but Crelate has been by far the most user-friendly. Easy to use, explore, and customize. The reporting is clutch, and if/when I need help, the customer support team is quick to help and build the reports I'm looking for. Crelate gives a lot of information on how to do things, as well as provides free webinars and breaks down the different features. Best CRM that I have used to date. Once you realize this is a trie database-driven system, it is very powerful.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros RippleMatch is an amazing college recruiting platform. The ability to host Virtual Career Fairs and invite students across colleges or be very strategic and only invite certain majors is such a more effective way to hiring events. The candidate autosource feature ensures you receive candidates that are a fit for the position you are hiring for which saves time because you are not having to filter through resumes of candidates that do not match the minimum requirements. Lastly, the partnership and customer service from the RM team is amazing. Our Customer Service Manager, Joseph Rashid, has been very responsive and supportive and we look forward to our continued partnership. Easy to use platform. User friendly. Quick Responses. Updates every week. Targeting based on your qualifications. Meets requirements even unique requests, ex: must be able to relocate. Great analytics, sourcing tools, and events platform. RippleMatch's greatest strength, however, is their team. Very supportive and responsive. Customer Service, Platform, User-Friendly, Caliber of Candidates, Functionality, Responsive, Professional. What I like the most about working with Ripple is being able to use one platform for a variety of needs including; CRM, sourcing candidates, event management tool and the match tool. Having all our platform needs in one place make it easier for our recruiters to manage candidate and campus data! Cons The only area we saw as an opportunity has already been solved. We wanted to be able to search by candidate name from the home page and they were able to deliver in this request very quickly. There is nothing I did not like! I really enjoy everything RippleMatch has to offer! If there were a con to name it would be the candidate sharing aspect of the platform. Truly no cons- only thing is that I wish we could schedule all interviews through RM (similar to GH), so that it is a one stop shop. Would love to continue to see RippleMatch continue to expand on their student base!
