Pros from Real Users Pros Great CS team that is always ready to help. They really listen to their customers and will step in to make sure you can use the product to what you need. Very user friendly - implementation was seamless and Crelate's customer support is amazing. I highly recommend this ATS. Crelate has been an outstanding partner for our organization. From implementation through ongoing support, their team consistently responds to our needs quickly and efficiently. The software is intuitive and easy to use, enabling our team to double our recruiting and onboarding volume without adding additional staff. This level of growth simply wouldn’t have been possible without Crelate. I've used Crelate now with 3 of my start-ups. I was on the implementation and buying team for one of these. I've been recruiting for 15 years and have used so many ATS systems, but Crelate has been by far the most user-friendly. Easy to use, explore, and customize. The reporting is clutch, and if/when I need help, the customer support team is quick to help and build the reports I'm looking for. Crelate gives a lot of information on how to do things, as well as provides free webinars and breaks down the different features. Best CRM that I have used to date. Once you realize this is a trie database-driven system, it is very powerful.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We started using Manatal about six months ago to support both our recruitment and business development operations. The software was easy to learn and our team picked it up quickly without much training. Since we had limited launch capital, a great thing for us is that you can literraly get started in minutes, and that you can pay on a monthly basis with costs that don't break the bank. Manatal is very easy to use and fits perfectly into our daily recruitment workflow. The candidate pipeline is clean and simple to manage, and the LinkedIn integration makes sourcing and enriching profiles much faster. I also like how easy it is to collaborate with teammates and assign roles or candidates without confusion. Manatal’s interface is clean and easy to navigate, making it simple to manage candidates, clients, and job postings all in one place. The CRM-ATS integration is a major plus; it helps our consultants stay on top of communication and follow-ups without switching platforms. I also appreciate the AI-driven candidate suggestions, which save time during sourcing. Their support team is also incredibly responsive and helpful when we need assistance. This software has been a game-changer for our recruitment process - it has streamlined operations and made them more efficient. The ability to easily access and update candidate information has been a major plus, and the simplicity of the process is a real plus. This has been particularly helpful during these challenging times, as we've had to make adjustments due to the pandemic and other unforeseen events. It is amazing to have the opportunity to construct a pipeline that is tailored to a particular job. We have the ability to set up an infinite number of pipelines and recruitment phases with just a few clicks of the mouse. We are able to customize our hiring processes to meet the requirements of each individual position since the entry-level, intermediate, and senior positions that we are looking to fill differ so greatly from industry to industry. Being able to make changes as needed is, therefore, a huge benefit to us. Cons The career page can be translated to many languages but not in the local Thai language. This can be a hurdle when asking candidates to apply when they are not proficient in English. There are quite a lot of features so while the software is easy to use on the surface, some advanced features require some work to setup. That being said there are some great videos guides to make that process easier. The reporting dashboard could offer more customization. While the built-in reports cover the basics, more flexibility in filtering and exporting data would be helpful for performance tracking and client reporting. I can't think of anything significant to complain about. The primary advantage is that it has decreased the amount of manual work, giving us more time for other projects. One thing that would be helpful is the addition of features for more in-depth candidate assessments, like skills tests or video interviews. I'd like the search bar to apply for candidates who have been removed from the current pool of candidates but are still in the system for some reason. I'm not able to do that right now because I need to unarchive the candidates first before it can work.
