Pros from Real Users Pros Great CS team that is always ready to help. They really listen to their customers and will step in to make sure you can use the product to what you need. Very user friendly - implementation was seamless and Crelate's customer support is amazing. I highly recommend this ATS. Crelate has been an outstanding partner for our organization. From implementation through ongoing support, their team consistently responds to our needs quickly and efficiently. The software is intuitive and easy to use, enabling our team to double our recruiting and onboarding volume without adding additional staff. This level of growth simply wouldn’t have been possible without Crelate. I've used Crelate now with 3 of my start-ups. I was on the implementation and buying team for one of these. I've been recruiting for 15 years and have used so many ATS systems, but Crelate has been by far the most user-friendly. Easy to use, explore, and customize. The reporting is clutch, and if/when I need help, the customer support team is quick to help and build the reports I'm looking for. Crelate gives a lot of information on how to do things, as well as provides free webinars and breaks down the different features. Best CRM that I have used to date. Once you realize this is a trie database-driven system, it is very powerful.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros In my opinion, Employa is a well-thought-out application with all the necessary features to streamline the candidate sourcing process. The software is very inclusive, with many criteria options that could also be prioritized for a more efficient candidate search. The interface is also very user-friendly. This sourcing tool is the most effective recruitment software I've ever used in my career. It has streamlined my recruitment process and helped me quickly fill positions with the right people. I used to source candidates within my ATS, but it wasn't as efficient as it could be. I didn't want to switch to another ATS, but I was looking for a possible solution to improve candidate sourcing. Employa includes all the sourcing features that my ATS lacks. An integration with Employa works perfectly. - The look and feel are great and it is very easy to manage a candidate pipeline with Employa - Advanced sourcing features are super efficient, the tool finds a perfect match for a position - Red flags notifications and fraud detection - There is constant innovation, updates are released every month Employa was very useful for hiring tech specialists for our new project, we've found a number of great candidates with the skills and experience we needed. We were impressed with the quality of the candidates and the speed of work. Employa allows recruiters to focus on in-person interactions with the right candidates based on smart AI-powered technology. We are glad we don't have to spend hours searching for qualified candidates. Employa does the candidate sourcing job for us so that we can focus on interviewing qualified talent. Cons So far, I don't have any concerns. Everything is easy to set up once you have it. I wish Employa had more onboarding videos. No real disadvantages. The only thing Employa missing is onboarding. This product seems to have everything we are looking for. It took some effort on our side to set up technology at first. I wish the customer support team could be more responsive.
