	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We've been using XComms for our internal communications and employee engagement and it's been a game-changer! The desktop alerts are so effective at getting important updates out there in real-time. And the fact that you can customize messages for different groups or individuals is a lifesaver. We can target specific departments with information that's relevant to them. Plus, the tracking and reporting features are fantastic. We can see who's read our messages and get real-time feedback. Cons Nothing yet. We've been using it for a while now and its been great. Affordable and easy to setup. Up and running in minutes. Nothing to complain about.
