CostMate is estimating and job software for New Zealand residential builders, from sole traders to small crews.
Pick one of 17 job types (decks, fences, bathrooms, kitchens, reclads, additions and more). CostMate works out the materials with quantities, the labour by stage in hours, and the assumptions and exclusions worth showing your client. Prices come from Dayle ITM or PlaceMakers trade pricing, or your own supplier pricing, which you can upload on any plan. Lines priced from a supplier file show the supplier and the month.
The numbers come from a rules engine, not AI. The AI only writes the wording.
Once you win the job it carries on in the same place: variations, purchase orders, progress claims, and your crew's hours, which only count once you approve them.
