	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The price is nice and they don't try to sell you what you don't need. Their customer service, billing, and sales are pleasant and professional. Nothing, honestly. They are relatively cheap I guess, but you pay in wasted time, lost data, and egregious billing errors. Cons Customer service is strictly a ticket system. Which isn't bad. They've been getting better. Patmos double-billed me for service and fought issuing a refund, lost all of the data on my VMs, support is unhelpful and slow to respond, the user portal site is broken. I really have nothing good to say about Patmos.
