Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Marketing and pre-sales taking time to understand our business. Looks very advanced in some respects. It could be better than other competitor by the minimal in some specific feature. The marketing is great and the pre-sales team is really good. Cons Sales process hide the product. Lots of talk about proposed benefits, dashboards and outputs, but not much about how it actually works and the data needed to make it work. Very expensive costly implementation and then needs a lot of resource and high quality data to get it to produce a reliable plans. Slow, difficult to scale , expensive, horrible interface, now is sold as cloud but it seems that they are building enormous servers in cloud only, difficult access from mobile devices and not possible deploy in host in "a standard way".
