Pros from Real Users Pros I've been impressed with the features, especially the AI function that automatically identifies the start and expiration dates, the company, counterparties, and any other important information you need to identify. You can even set up notifications to alert you to upcoming expiration dates. ContractSafe is one of the most intuitive services I've ever used. I signed up about a month ago, and I've already uploaded over 150 documents. I especially love the ability to tag each document, create links, and set up folders and subfolders to organize our documents easily. The onboarding process was easy, and I had all the support I needed. Their security is top-notch as well. User friendly, great customer support, great storage capabilities, tagging feature is helpful, comments feature is useful. The platform hits all of our needs with functionality. Our main use is to store and track contracts, licenses/permits, etc., and it does a great job at this. I like how date notifications can be customized--e.g., send out a reminder 90 days before expiration to specific users. It also allows you to tag specific portions of the contract and include notes for future reference. I like that contract templates are customizable as well, since we have several different types of documents we are tracking, and I can customize what information is input and tracked. Customer service has always been responsive.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros -Really easy for our customers to use. We collect close to 200 waivers each month and were having trouble getting this done once the pandemic hit. The process has become more efficient than ever with OnTask. Being able to just send customers a link and have access to their forms after has been a game-changer for us. -Being able to find all signed waivers -The reminder feature so that we aren’t spending time chasing people down We had some trouble getting set-up at first, but the support team at OnTask helped me set up our workflows to get started. They were very responsive and checked in with me before we launched anything to make sure we were on the right track. Once you’re set up, it’s really easy to send forms. Getting HR documents completed with most of our employees working remote after COVID had become a struggle. OnTask has helped us immensely with this problem. Now we’re able to send a link out to employees to fill out their PTO requests and performance appraisals. This application has been easy to implement throughout our organization, and has sped up a lot of our processes. Creating the workflows has been easy, and our clients enjoy having the ability to sign their contracts digitally now. Cons -Setting up forms and workflows can be time-consuming if you don’t know your way around the product. -You have to have the business package for custom branded emails It can be overwhelming at first, but once you learn the basics it’s easy to navigate the platform. It took some time to get some of our team members on board for such a big process change, but now everyone is enjoying how easy it is. When we first started using the application there were some glitches, but the support team was great about helping us get them resolved in a timely manner.
