The platform also offers a variety of features that help businesses get the most out of their content marketing efforts, including the ability to track content performance and analyse content marketing ROI. Overall, Contently is a great content marketing platform that can help businesses connect with the right freelance writers and create high-quality content. Contently has given me a chance to experience a really simpler marketing in my organization. With it I can create, manage and share my content in this single platform . I enjoy the fact that I can access high volume of original content therein. Not only a workflow but makes sure every deadline is being met. Editorial calendar makes easy to see the exact content in its stage of creation. I liked that Contently was very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The interface was clean and simple, and I found the content to be high-quality and well-written. I also appreciate that Contently offers a variety of content types, including articles, videos, and infographics, which helped me to learn about a variety of topics. Tried to use contently for our owned business to be known publicly. With this, freelancers or business owners alike can share their product and idea worldwide. Great user interface for users to easily follow. Cons The only thing I didn't like about Contently is that it can be a bit pricey for some businesses. However, the platform does offer a free trial so businesses can try it out before committing to a subscription. The fact that I have to constantly update my portfolio bores me but otherwise all the other features of this app are top notch. Limited functionality for user experience and not so intuitive . Analytics requires a better progress. There were a few things I didn't like about Contently. First, the interface was a bit confusing and took some time to get used to. Second, I found the content to be a bit thin on some topics. Finally, I wasn't a big fan of the way the articles were organized on the site. I don't see any issues so far since the documentation is on point especially in the website. As an independent accountant providing bookkeeping and tax services to nonprofits, Upwork is one of the channels I use to solicit new business. Most freelancers use Upwork to work with established clients. Upwork provides secure payment transactions and the best job according to user skills. Upwork provides many features to users like: - Find the verified clients overseas. - Easy to find a suitable job according to the filter section and skills set. - Upwork allows you to quickly filter the job listings and find the job that fits your preferences. - Great interface. It is easy to navigate around and find the type of work you need - Ease of communication (instant chat/call, file sharing). - Rating and Review. - The feedback/rating system helps with choosing the right candidate. - Able to read reviews of others who have worked with the individual. - Secure payment transaction. - Followed government transaction rule. Lots of freelancers available and a robust interface of options to filter them by. Generally the quality is good from work I've had done, but you need to be very specific as to what work you need done and processes. Upwork is an excellent platform for connecting clients and self-employed/agencies. It very helpful for freelancers to directly work with clients and share the reviews and ratings for the work. Freelance can create its customized profile to bid on individual projects: freelancer will setup own skills and experiences, education for this activity. Upwork gives the tags to users like Rising Talent, Top Rated, Payment method verified/ verified plus according to their experiences. The workflow is like the customer will create the project with description, budget, timelines, Number of proposals, and employees will bid on the same project at the same rate or personal rate using connects. Freelance can change the proposal rate even submitting the proposal. After the client can accept/declined the offer, and the user will get the notification according to the same. If an employee/agency has been hired and completed the task, they can submit the project for payment, and the customer will end the contract with the submission of the fee. - Open-source bidding platform - Work directly with the clients/employee - Employees can filter the task according to experience level like Entry level, Immediate level, Experience level. - Advanced search, filter job, save as favorite features are handy and helpful to find the best job. - Time tracking feature, so we can accomplish the task timely. - Freelancers can work from any location—no need to go to one place daily like an office. - Easy to use it. - Cross-platform application. Available for Web and Mobile. - Support guys help immediately. Cons Only tasks that appear fraudulent or suspicious, or are obviously designed to swindle the freelancers, need to be filtered out and blocked. Some freelancers are flaky. The fees paid to Upwork are outrageous. If they changed their model to give the option to pay just for the matching service and allow people to run everything else outside that would be ideal. I want the ability to share folders in addition to individual files. Rest the things are great and satisfied. Their mobile chat app / interface could use a lot of work. They sometimes unnecessarily ding worker accounts or pause them to validate issues that crop up from their monitoring phrases in chats (or even our account and we've used them for years!), but I also understand it's a quality check and automated software can lead to false positives. Nothing to dislike with Upwork. It is beneficial to work with clients and taskers directly.
