Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The interface is super easy to use and I love that everything is connected to help eliminate human errors. It is very helpful to be able to link directly to an input from a BOM skeleton, item master automation, etc. and not rely on memory to type it in correctly. Cons Pricing Service Admin is a little buggy, but it is a newer part of the software so it is understandable. We are using price book maintenance instead and it is working well.
