Pros from Real Users Pros In Concord we have been able to create a unique space where to interact with partners regardless of the distance, in this platform the limitations are erased, and we have been able to create a space where every possibility is totally attainable. Thanks to the collaboration tools, various work teams in the departments involved in trade agreements have been able to exchange information and maintain constant work thanks to this active communication space. One of the most important points of Concord is the management of contacts, where we can easily customize contracts thanks to templates, write comfortably even with character recognition, which is a powerful weapon, share these documents with whomever we want, in addition to having a quite ample and comfortable storage space. Similarly, submitting contracts and capturing signatures virtually has never been easier than it is with Concord. It maintains a secure platform, where all our information will always be protected and safeguarded from any infiltrator, in addition to the fact that we have the possibility of giving control and access only to the people with whom we want to share said information or contract. I also liked that I could convert the files to PDF and in this way be able to print them or have them stored without the information changing. Very easy to use and get information from. I like how it will store the information for you as well, never a lost file.		Pros from Real Users Pros It is easy to use, it is a blank slate. It keeps the case moving, I can filter results, LOIS makes it easy to catch up or be brought to speed. It does great with keeping expenses, preparing settlement statements on variable data. Case notes are never an issue. They are always where you enter them. This is a wonderful tool for legal case management and client data management. Additionally, I feel that Filevine is unmatched in terms of its AI capabilities and functionality. centralized case management - keeping deadlines, tasks, and docs organized helps make info accessible to whole team reporting - tracking case progress, monitoring workloads, and identifying outstanding assignments team collaboration - allows attorneys, paralegals, secretaries, and clerks to coordinate work and assign tasks within many different cases Love having our legal case management software and projects all integrated with Filevine's new, upgraded, cutting-edge AI products (Lois Console, Lois for Word, Outlook) Ease of use; natural language comprehension and output; taking 30-60 minute tasks and turning them into 5-10 minute tasks I like that it's very easy to use and FV is constantly coming out with new features and upgrades to fix any bugs, etc.
